Refund policy
A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vanessa Lazarcuks, Spichernstrasse 15, 30161 Hannover, Germany, Tel.: 015751732012, Email: lonissa.business@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification about your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us or to Mengzhenglu, Luogangqi Road East Road, Junhe Street, Lisa Leather Factory (right side of the 1st floor) 510440 Guangdong Province, Guangzhou City, Baiyun District, China without delay and in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods to examine their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
General Information
- Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to protect the goods from transport damage.
- Please do not return the goods postage due.
- Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
